Flagging notifications
A flagging notification is made when the ownership or voting share in a listed company reaches, exceeds or falls below the flagging limit. The voting limits are 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, 2/3 and 90% of the company's number of votes or shares. The shareholder must submit a flagging notification to the company and the Financial Supervisory Authority using the flagging notification form found on the website of the Financial Supervisory Authority.
