Myllymäki has previously worked as the CCO Lehto Group Plc and an expert at Titanium Fund Management Company Ltd. Myllymäki serves as Chairman of the Board in several of Toivo’s Group companies and as a member of the Board at Ensi markka Oy, Kaselli Oy and Korttelilämpö Oy, a deputy member of the Board at Myllymäki Invest Oy and Raatihuone Oy as well as the CEO of Ensi markka Oy and Korttelilämpö Oy.

In the past, Niemelä has worked as a Business Controller and in financial administration at Barona. Niemelä is a member of the Board in several of Toivo’s Group companies and the CEO of nisico Oy.

Previously, Myllymäki has worked as a planning/technical director and planning manager at Lehto Asunnot Oy, as a planning manager at Rakennusliike Lehto Oy, and in planning and management positions at Etteplan Oyj and WSP Finland. Myllymäki is a member of the Board at Heuke Oy.

In the past, Rekola has worked in a variety of different financial roles, e.g. at Handelsbanken and Nordea. Rekola has also worked at Deloitte. Rekola serves as a board member in several Toivo Group companies, as well as a board member in LR Capital Oy, a board member in Eternal winter Oy, a board member and CEO in Elämäni Kodit Oy, and chairman of the board in Raatihuone toimitilat Oy.
